Performance-driven, individualized training

Performance training sessions focus on movement quality, strength development, power, and overall athletic performance. Each session is individualized based on the athlete’s goals, training history, and physical needs.

Training may include movement and mobility work, strength and power development, and injury prevention strategies designed to support long-term athletic durability.

Investment:

60 Minutes — $175

Weekly and monthly training plans are recommended following the Performance Assessment.
