About Jim Arthur
Jim Arthur brings more than 23 years of experience developing athletes at the highest level of professional sports. During his NFL career, he worked with the Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins, and Buffalo Bills, including eight seasons as a head strength and conditioning coach.
Throughout that time, Jim worked with Hall of Fame, All-Pro, and Pro Bowl athletes while contributing to multiple playoff teams, including the Chicago Bears’ Super Bowl appearance in 2006.
Jim began his NFL career with the Buffalo Bills under respected strength coach Rusty Jones, who became an early mentor in his development. He later spent more than a decade with the Chicago Bears before joining the Miami Dolphins.
Today, through ProAthletix, Jim works with athletes and clients to improve performance, movement, and recovery through an integrated approach combining training, hands-on therapy, and performance management.
Jim earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in applied exercise science from Springfield College. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Kendra, and their son, Rhett.
